HelloMaya is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We use third-party age verification technology to enforce this requirement. Accounts that fail age verification or are suspected of being underage may be suspended or removed.

2. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the Services respectfully and lawfully

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate others
• Share explicit, illegal, or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions
• Use HelloMaya for commercial solicitation
• Attempt to access or interfere with other users’ accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. User Content & Messaging

• You are responsible for the content you post or share
• Messages are private between users
• HelloMaya does not guarantee responses or matches
• We may review content if required for safety, moderation, or legal reasons

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• HelloMaya offers paid subscription plans
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (Credit Card, Debit Card, Khalti)
• Subscriptions may be one-time or optional auto-renewal, depending on your selection
• All payments are non-refundable
• Canceling or disabling renewal does not result in refunds for the current period

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

HelloMaya may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Pose safety or legal risks
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

7. Safety Disclaimer

HelloMaya provides a platform to connect users, but does not conduct background checks. You are responsible for your interactions and should exercise caution when meeting others offline.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloMaya is not liable for:

• User behavior or interactions
• Losses resulting from misuse of the Services
• Emotional or personal outcomes from matches or communications

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
